TENANT IMPROVEMENTS / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
Tenant Improvements (TI) are a very suitable application of TAD. While the financial benefits often exceed 10% of project costs, the environmental and the facility operation benefits are also increased. Establishing a TAD TI Program tailored to the specific building allows small projects to obtain TAD Benefits where the small size of individual lease-space improvements might otherwise omit them from consideration. This program is also especially applicable to large property management companies.
