NEW
CONSTRUCTION — 30 Story High-Rise for Texas Fortune
500 Company;
“We have built millions of feet of Mr. Little’s
demountable-seamless drywall for Facility Flexibility
and Tax Benefits. However, because of their write down
of reserve the tax benefit was not the focus, they just
wanted the demountable drywall to increase employee
flexibility, efficiency, and profit. Mr. Little’s
wall costs the same as normal drywall. It also looks
and functions the same. It is only a matter of time
before the Zip-Wall™ is the wall of choice for
all construction.”

BUILDING
REMODEL — Koch Energy
"Mr. Little provided substantially more benefit than
he promised." KOCH originally used both a pre-manufactured
wall system and the site-built TAD demountable wall system,
but soon began replacing all walls with TAD's seamless
demountable
Zip-Wall™

OFFICE:
NEW + RENOVATION — 12 Story Office for Houston
Corp;
"Mr. Little's TAD is helping this corp. achieve
LEED® certification without increasing the cost:
in fact, he is actually saving them money. They also
wanted TAD for the Facility Flexibility benefits and
as a safeguard for future environmental restrictions,
because sheetrock becomes toxic waste in landfills,
giving off hydrogen sulfide (H2S)
gas. Canada and many U.S. states have banned sheetrock
from landfills. What to do with the demolished sheetrock
will be a big problem in the near future, but not for
the buildings that have Frank's wall. It will simply
be demounted and reused along with the studs."
Brian Richard, AIA
