W.
Frank Little
AIA, ASID, NCAR Board Certified
Master of Science in Architecture Tax Law
TAD™
Founder, Director and Licensor, is the recognized expert
in increasing cash flow, building value, and facility
flexibility by coordinating architecture, interiors
and construction with the tax law.
INVENTOR
AND PATENT HOLDER....
Frank Little is the inventor of numerous patents and
patents pending that enable elements of construction
that are normally inherently permanent parts of buildings
to be easily disassembled-Removed and Reused via Relocation
(3R’s). This is far more desirable than “recycling”
which of course is much more desirable than “demolishing”
and placing it in a construction waste landfill. For
example, drywall consists of 27% of the waste in a construction
landfill according to NAHB. Further, it creates poision
Hydrogen Sulfide Gas when placed in a landfill, causing
the landfill to be toxic. One of his inventions provides
a means to economically “3R” drywall partions
(gypsum panels, studs, tracks, plus doors & glass
partitions) and reuse them. This is revolutionizing
the construction industry, enhancing the built environment,
and generating increased cash flow for the user, often
without any increase to the project budget. He is also
inventor of Green-Zip-Tape™ which is a drywall
joint tape. It is a simple solution with a profound
effect. His inventions were the AWARD WINNER: U.S. EPA
and AIA, Best Product and Service in the Life Cycle
Building Challenge.
